HekimPlast PET Group Materials

This is the technology of producing the material called polyethylene terephthalate(PET) in English, in the PET Strapping Roll Line.
PET foils and other materials, made of shredded recycled PET items or ready-to-use PET granules, are used in a wide range of different industrial sectors and applications.

As outer layer on one or two sides of the sandwich panels and as heat insulation material on ceiling and interior wall siding,

1.Food Industry

Easy to clean and hygienic PET surfaces are preferred especially in food industry where hygiene and sanitation is important as metal sheet surfaces are not easy to clean and corrodes as well. Sandwich panels offered to these industries are used as interior surface siding.

2.Livestock Industry

Metal sheet surfaces corrode and become unusable due to acidic environment in animal farms. PET surfaces are resistant to acidic environments and preferred due to their easy-to-clean feature.

3.Cabin Production

Cabins with PET surfaces have acquired an important place in the sector due to being light, aesthetic, environment-friendly and comfortable. It especially provides advantages in WC and shower cabins due to being easy to clean.

Surface lamination works

1. Laminated Fibercement Fiber cement is suitable for applying lamination on the surface and composes an aesthetic appearance on the surface it is applied to.
