Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş. has fulfilled the prefabrication of the 48 lightweight steel villas in the Ak Yelken facilities located at the Avaza Region of Turkmenistan.
“The opening of the Ak Yelken facilities was held with a ceremony attended by Turkmenistan President Gurbangulu Berdimuhamedov and many senior state officials.
Prefabrik Yapı A.Ş., which undertook the prefabrication of the 48 lightweight steel villas in the facility, has added a new one to the projects it fulfilled, and its contemporary architecture was greatly admired.
The villas in the complex which is located at the Caspian Sea Coast, the construction of which has lasted approximately two years, were constructed employing Hekim Profil and Steelin lightweight structural system. A1 class fireproof fibercement natural cement boards produced by Hekim Yapı A.Ş is used for the facade claddings and HekimPanel branded rock wool sandwich panels for roofing were used. The villas built with the latest system technology, was transformed into a holiday complex serving the Turkmen people at international standards.
The President of Turkmenistan Berdimuhamedov made a speech at the ceremony, and made an assessment “The successful activities of Turkish business circles in our country are the bright proof of the fact that Turkmenistan and Turkish peoples increase their fruitful partnership in various fields of interstate cooperation, based on their indestructible friendship relations, centuries-old history and cultural ties.“
Mr. Berdimuhamedov expressed his satisfaction for the high level relations between Turkey and Turkmenistan; and thanked the President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan for his special attention to and care for the development of cooperation between the two countries. said that Turkmenistan and Turkey are brother countries and turkmenistan is the historic homeland for the people of Turkey.
