Hekim Yapı has held 15th Dealer Meeting

Hekim Yapı A.Ş. that is leading the sector with its investments made since it was founded and R&D studies has hosted its dealers with a wonderful organization at the Concorde Luxury Resort in Cyprus between the dates of 6-9 February 2020 on the 15th of the Dealer Meeting that traditionally organizes every year. More than 90 Hekim Yapı’s dealers coming from home and abroad have participated to the dealer meeting.

On the first day of organization; the dealers welcomed by Hekim Yapı employees had a good time and won awards with the competition held at the Welcome Meeting held in the evening.
The second day was started with the workshop where the details of the projects made by the dealers across Turkey was explained. In the workshop, the general information related to HekimColorBoard self-colored fibercement natural cement boards was also given to all dealers by Hekim Yapı expert staff. In the afternoon, Hekim Yapı dealers have gone out to explore the beauties of the city with Kyrenia journey and in the evening, they have spent time by having fun with a cutthroat struggle in the backgammon and bowling tournaments organized.

On the third day of organization; the main meeting performed with the presentation of HekimBoard Marketing and Sales Manager Mrs. Aysun Ecin was started with welcome speech of Hekim Holding Chairman Mr. Öner Hekim. Hekim Holding Board Member and Technical Vice Chairman of Building Materials Mrs. Özge Hekim has also given information on the Building Sector and general studies.

Hekim Yapı Marketing and Sales Coordinator Mr. Abdullah Yaylı has informed the dealers on sales and marketing activities in 2019, general assessment of the sector, developments in the world, general functioning and 2020 plans with numbers and graphics. Mr. Abdullah Yaylı has stated that they have especially focused on export and have achieved very successful results in 2019 and they will increase their export activities with their studies in 2020.

During the main meeting, the opinions on the dealership system, future of the dealership system in Turkey and stance of Hekim Yapı against the dealership system were stated in the dealer panel held with the participation of HekimBoard, HekimPanel, HekimPor and export dealers. The panel held under moderator of Marketing and Sales Coordinator Mr. Abdullah Yaylı was greeted with great interest like every year. Then, the plaquets and gifts were presented to the dealers ranking in various categories by Hekim Yapı Marketing and Sales Coordinator Mr. Abdullah Yaylı, Board Member and Technical Vice Chairman for Building Materials Mrs. Özge Hekim, Board Member and Vice Chairman of Administrative and Financial Affairs Mrs. Aydan Hekim Denizoğlu, Technical Vice Chairman of Ready Building Group Production and Investments Mrs. Handan Hekim Seçkin, Chairman Mr. Öner Hekim. In this year, Öner Hekim Special Award was also given to Özyangıncı Yapı Malz. İnş. Tesisat San. Ve Tic. A.Ş. due to its outstanding success in all products.

After the main meeting; while Hekim Yapı dealers have primarily started to the night with artist Serap Saray who has taken the stage in an excellent premiere night; they have continued to the wonderful night with cake cut, backgammon and bowling tournament award ceremony and with gifts given to the premiere night by a special sweepstake performed with the Board Members and turnover leader dealers. They have experienced an unforgettable music feast with stand performance of the artist Sevcan Orhan who has taken stage in wee hours of the night.

Another dealer meeting ended with mutual wishes about the year 2020 and by leaving good marks in memories.
